LOGIMAR & AFRILOG, TOGETHER TO MOVE HOUSING CONTAINERS FROM ITALY TO DIFFA, NIGER

On February 9th Logimar (Italy) and Afrilog (Niger), both members of ALN, successfully completed the shipment of housing containers prefabricated blocks from Italy to Diffa, Niger.

The cargo consisting of 22 bundles, 4 housing modules, 1 container 40’ SOC with a total volume of 1040 cbm. and 163 tons was shipped by break bulk service from Genoa port to Cotonou port. Logimar/Afrilog handled then the customs transit, haulage with Nigerien army escort and customs process with duties exemption in Diffa.

Up to final destination base in Diffa. 2100 km far from Cotonou port.
Logimar was nominated by one of their customer in Italy for a door to door service.
