LOGIMAR – LUXURY LAGOON PROJECT TO VENICE
Dedicated special handling across San Marco Square – Venice for one of the most important luxury brands.
A new challenge at the beginning of December 2019 for the Logimar special cargo team.
This time, Logimar, member of ALN, was nominated as strategic logistic partner for the entire logistics supply chain, including the installation and positioning of merchandise, in one of the most beautiful shops in Piazza San Marco – Venice, for and on behalf of one of the most important luxury fashion brands in the world.
Thankful of Logimar team professionalism in the management of all logistics flow, the project consisted in collection of the goods in the heart of France, through dedicated truck, delivery through geared barge in the ancient heart of Venice, positioning and installation of the new furniture inside the shop. Everything during only the night.
All the works took place during two consecutive nights, with a team of 8 people, who manually transported, lifted, unpacked, positioned and installed the new furniture. At the same time, the old furniture was duly re-packed and, with the same care, and returned back to France in order to be reconditioned.
Logimar team is very proud to be part of this concept of environmental sustainability, guaranteeing the highest service level in order to comply with the new concept for a green logistics solution!
