Day 01: Saturday, Sept. 30^th, 2017

15h00:          Check-in at MARRIOTT HOTEL in Lisbon.

17h00:          Registration and welcoming from ALN staff. Please bring your visit card.

18h00:           Appetizer

19h00:          Welcoming dinner at Citrus Garden in Marriott Hotel – Opening with welcoming Speech from Mr. ALESSANDRO SAPONARO, Chairman of Africa Logistics Network and New Members presentation.

Day 02: Sunday, Oct. 01^st 2017

In occasion of this meeting , the management of ALN will participate to the ne2one meetings in order to collect more ideas and opinions and new projects.

20h00:            Outside dinner at TABERNA 1300 in Lisbon (International Restaurant, 3 course menu with beverages, DJ).

Day 03: Monday, Oct. 02^nd  2017

Day 04: Tuesday, Oct. 03^th  2017

Registration fee: € 1300  per attendee (for spouse please contact us)

Deadline confirmation :     February 28th. 2017

Registration fee covers:

• ALN Conference & One to One meeting
• Coffee breaks (coffee, Tea , fresh juice, yogurt, smothies , sweets and salted snacks)
• Lunches  (2nd , 3rd and 4th day)
• Four dinners (2nd and 3rd day, welcome and farewell dinners)
• 4 nights in 4* Hotel (Marriott Hotel) in single or double room with breakfast
• Transfers to/from the restaurants by busses
• T-shirt and gadgets
• NOT included the transfers to/from the airport (at your arrival and departure – by taxi – approx. € 10)

 

Extra Service – VOLUNTARY

Wednesday, Oct. 04^th  2017 – Leisure Day

Belem and river cruise with lunch. We will have the possibility to visit the main important monuments directly related to the Portuguese Discoveries. The tower of Belem, the Jeronimos Monastery and the monument to the discoveries. Transfer to the Lisbon docks for a river cruise with lunch ( 3 course menu with beverages). A guide will be at our disposal for all the day. Dinner with the possibility of choosing if taken outside – Monte Mar Lisboa restaurant or inside the Hotel.

Cost per person: € 300

Cost covers:

• 1 night in 4* Hotel (Marriott hotel) in single or double room with breakfast;
• City tour and monument fee;
• River Cruise
• Guide
• Lunch on the boat
• Dinner – Monte Mar Lisboa Restaurant or Marriot hotel restaurant
• Transfer back to the Hotel

Thursday, Oct. 05^th  2017 – Check-out within 12h00.
