We have negotiated a special rate for our members at Hilton Bomonti.

The hotel must be booked through us, as based on this, we negotiated the entire meeting package, we already engaged by signing a contract.

 

Day 01: Sunday, Oct. 13th, 2019

A 5-star hotel, set in the Sisli district, awarded in 2017 with the World Luxury Spa, adjacent to the famous Bomontida (recognized by Time Out magazine as a place to find the “Best Things to Do in the World”), being also one of the largest convention hotels in the city of Istanbul, is definitely the best location for hosting our 5^th AGM!

Full day:   Registration opened – lobby area.

19h00:       Welcoming Cocktail and Dinner – Stand up Cocktail including live cooking show and open bar with alcoholic drinks.

 Official opening of the meeting – Voting to assign Awards 2019.

 

Day 02: Monday, Oct. 14th, 2019

20h00:                      Gala Dinner Cruise on “INCISU” boat – Folklore Entertainment – DJ set.

 

The boat was built in 2010 and since then it weeps like a swan in the Bosphorus, attracts attention with its width and comfort.

 

 Day 04: Wednesday, Oct. 16th , 2019

7h00 – 09h30:    Breakfast at the Hotel’s Restaurant.

Official closure of the Conference – FAREWELL DINNER.                               

This restaurant is situated between the nicest green heights of Istanbul and deep blue Bosporus on the front. 

Will be waiting for all you to spend some memorable moments together, say goodbye and have some fun after all meetings days. We will have an international menu accompanied by a DJ set, whom will entertain our evening.

Morning Tour:

 

1. Blue Mosque

The Blue Mosque is the most important mosque of Istanbul.

After entering inside you get shocked by the floral and geometrical interior decoration and beauty of over 21 thousand Iznik (Nicea) tiles, about 260 windows with stained glass, and calligraphy art of Koranic verses.

 

2. St. Sophia

Hagia Sophia, also called Church of the Holy Wisdom, was built in the 6th century CE (532-537).

It is the most important Byzantine structure and one of the world’s great monuments.      

3. The Basilica Cistern

Known locally as Yerebatan Sarayi (meaning Sunken Palace) or Yerebatan Sarnici (Sunken Cistern), the Basilica Cistern was the major water reservoir of Constantinople.

4. Topkapi Palace

The Topkap? Palace served as the main residence and administrative headquarters of the Ottoman sultans.

Hamdi Arpac? came from Urfa, Birecik to Istanbul towards to end of the 1960’s.  The Turkey’s Southeastern Region’s unrivalled delicious kebabs were offered to the appreciation of customers while preserving their authentic characteristics and preparation methods during 18 years in the same place.

Free time in the Grand Bazaar.

Back to the hotel or direct transfer to the airport (if requested).
