Operating in one of the world’s most challenging island destinations, GTZ Shipping coordinated the entire end-to-end logistics chain, ensuring that every shipment reached its destination safely, securely and on schedule.
The project included the ocean transportation of heavy wooden crates and palletized cargo aboard vessels specifically suited to Maldivian waters, followed by efficient cargo handling at ports, docks and resort sites. GTZ‘s experienced team also managed deliveries during nighttime operations whenever required, ensuring uninterrupted project progress.
As part of the operation, GTZ Shipping delivered a wide range of high-quality hospitality furnishings, including sofas, armchairs, dining sets and lounge furniture, supporting the interior fit-out of luxury resort facilities.
