FREIGHT AGENCY AND ROYAL EXPRESS COLLABORATED FOR A ROYAL VIP SHIPMENT

Freight Agency, member of Africa Logistics Network representing United Kingdom, were contacted by Royal Express Cargo, also a member of ALN representing Qatar, to help them with an urgent consignment over the Christmas period.

The cargo consisting of 38 bags of personal effects to be delivered to the exclusive Five* Star Hotel in London on behalf of a Royal family member to the State of Qatar.

This operation involved detailed communication between Freight Agency and Royal Express along with regular updates being provided to the final receiver in London.

Royal Express Cargo arranged the Airfreight from Doha and despite the many challenges due to the timing, current logistical issues in the UK and the high expectations of the client, Freight Agency arranged the customs clearance at Heathrow, an on time delivery to their location at the Five Star Hotel and all to the satisfaction of the Royal party.
