Please find attachment* of Advisory from Bureau of Customs (BOC) of the Philippines** and Offense and Penalties (Sec. 1412).

Kindly notify our colleagues for the Pre-alert. Sea Freight and Air Freight should be sent to us 72 to 24 Hours before the vessel or aircraft arrives here in Manila. failure to do so Penalty will be imposed.
PENALTY will be not less than USD 2,000.00 to USD 6,000.00 or PHP 100,000 to PHP 300,000.
